Racing is at the heart of Ferrari’s DNA, and to prepare the next generation of Ferrari Challenge drivers we are excited to announce that Ready To Race is now available. Over the 3 day course you will complete your initial ARDS test, then an advanced ARDS course followed by 5 races in an open top Mazda MX5.

The course is designed to take you from a novice driver to someone who can safely navigate a race circuit and start on the grid of the Ferrari Challenge UK Series. Part one of the course introduces you to the motor circuit and safe navigation, including how flags and marshalling work at a circuit.

This essential qualification provided by the sport’s governing body, the Motorsport UK (MSUK), is recognised throughout the UK. It includes both academic and practical assessments, ensuring your suitability and helping to maintain safety at circuits around the country.

During your 3-day course you will be taught driving theory, racing techniques including; overtaking; grid starts; rolling starts as well as the procedures for the various stages of a race, car setup methods and race rules – everything you need to obtain your race licence.
