This weekend saw the penultimate round of the 2022 Ferrari Challenge UK and what a weekend for Graypaul Nottingham it was!

Longstanding client Carl Cavers, and newcomer to the Ferrari Challenge UK series certainly made an entrance with a phenomenal performance across both days. 

In his maiden race on Saturday, a solid qualifying performance saw him start second in class on the grid.   Despite coming under increasing pressure from the series leader, Jason Ambrose, towards the end of the race, some terrific defending saw him bring home second in class and a place on the podium. 

Sunday saw the sunshine come out again at Brands Hatch, and practice times were incredibly close.  Qualifying saw Carl take his first Pole Position in class with his best lap time of the weekend.   

A flawless drive saw him lead the class from start to finish, and take his first race win and the coveted top step of the podium in Coppa Shell!
